In A Nutshell – June 2018

It might not be feasible for you to see EVERYTHING I post in a month so I’ve decided to start a monthly highlights article to present 5-10 of the best meals that I posted that month. So, welcome to the first edition of “In A Nutshell” for June 2018!

June was a month for great food and also great tragedy. So what did June bring us, exactly? Well, we saw the month start strong with National Donut Day, followed by the charity focused Negroni Week, then the devastating news that beloved chef and television personality, Anthony Bourdain, had passed away, and that was just the first 8 days of the month! In terms of ATX Food Guy, June was also a busy month, I shared 45 posts from the Austin, Orlando, and Metro DC areas including an overabundance of craft negroni cocktails as I navigated my way through the Negroni Week participants in my home city.
